(KENDALLVILLE) - Story House Ministries has officially opened a new counseling center in Kendallville following a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by community leaders, partners and residents.

The faith-based organization unveiled its facility at 1847 Ida Red Road with a ceremony led by CEO and co-founder Sara Baldwin. The event included a prayer from members of Fairview Church, remarks from local officials and a tour of the building.

Guests were invited to meet counselors, learn about available services and explore the new space, which will offer professional counseling for individuals, couples and families, including play therapy for children.

Founded in 2020, Story House Ministries has expanded in response to growing demand for mental health support. Leaders say the Kendallville location will help serve more residents across the region with accessible, faith-centered care.

The center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. More information about services is available on the organization's website.
