(ANGOLA) - Trine University alumna Jennifer Rubenstein has returned to campus as the school's new director of development.
University officials say Rubenstein joins the Office of University Advancement, where she will lead strategic fundraising efforts focused on identifying, cultivating and stewarding major donors and alumni supporters.
In the role, she will work closely with the university president, the vice president for advancement and the broader advancement team to help expand Trine's fundraising and engagement mission.
Rubenstein is a 2000 Trine graduate with a degree in marketing and brings more than 20 years of experience in communications and relationship management.
Most recently, she served as vice president of marketing and communications for the Boone County Economic Development Corporation, where she led branding, media relations and stakeholder communication efforts.
She also has experience as the owner and publisher of Edible Indy and currently serves as president and co-founder of the Rubenstein Hills Foundation, which supports the development of a family camp for children with pediatric epilepsy.
University leaders say her combination of alumni connection and strategic relationship-building experience made her a strong fit for the role.
