(ANGOLA) - Republican nominee Chris Emerick will run unopposed in the November general election for Steuben County Sheriff.
The general election is Tuesday, November 3.
Emerick announced the ballot status on social media and thanked his family, friends, volunteers and supporters for their encouragement throughout the campaign.
He wrote that his commitment remains focused on accountable leadership, public safety, integrity, professionalism and respect.
