The Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) is hosting its third annual Back-to-School Bash in collaboration with community organizations, law enforcement, Trine University, Cameron Hospital and other local businesses. This community event will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Ivy Jo Salon on July 31, 2026. While supplies last, attendees can receive school supplies, enjoy light refreshments and participate in a Touch-A-Truck activity. The first 150 children to complete their treasure map will receive a complimentary Kona Ice. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to enter raffles for items such as a bike, a Metropolitan School District (MSD) of Steuben County athletic swag bag and athletic passes.
