(BRONSON) – An attached garage was destroyed in a fire Friday.
Bronson Fire Chief Scott Wilber says his department was contacted by Branch County Central Dispatch just after 12 PM Friday about a fire at 185 Walnut Street. When they arrived, firefighters found an attached garage in flames.
Wilber says his department was able to quickly put out the fire, and keep it from moving to the house, which sustained smoke damage. A dog was rescued from the house.
The garage was destroyed along with its contents. No damage estimates were given.
No injuries were reported and no cause for the fire has been determined.
