(FULTON COUNTY, Ind.) - One person was killed and two others injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday at the intersection of U.S. 31 and State Road 110, according to Indiana State Police.

Preliminary information indicates 72-year-old Sharon Roth of Fulton County was driving a 2018 Chevrolet eastbound on State Road 110 and attempted to cross U.S. 31 when her vehicle collided with a northbound 2021 Ford.

Police said the Ford was driven by 45-year-old Marija Bilic of Jenison, Michigan, who had a juvenile passenger in the vehicle.

The impact left Roth's vehicle partially off the roadway while the Ford came to rest in the northbound lanes. Roth was pronounced dead at the scene by the Marshall County Coroner's Office. Her family has been notified.

Bilic and the juvenile passenger were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators said drugs and alcohol are not believed to be factors in the crash. The investigation remains ongoing, and toxicology results are pending.
