(ANGOLA) - Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company reports the Lake James Golf Course property brought $622,200 at Monday night's auction.
Bidders split the 127-acre property into multiple parcels, with the highest prices going to tracts offering road access, utilities, views, and existing course features.
Tracts 6 and 7 led the sale at $158,100, offering open, rolling ground with road access and electric tied to holes 10 and 11.
Tracts 13 and 14 followed at $122,400, combining land from holes 14 and 15 with irrigation infrastructure and private build-site potential.
Tract 8 brought $112,200, featuring a pond, a well, and a potential homesite.
Tract 12 sold for $66,300, an elevated parcel tied to hole 16, while Tracts 9 and 11 each brought $51,000, offering smaller build-ready sites with road access and utilities.
