(LAGRANGE) – An Elkhart man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop.
The LaGrange Police Department made a traffic stop on a vehicle that failed to use a turn signal. During a search of the vehicle, officers found suspected meth and drug paraphernalia.
The driver of vehicle, 46 year old William Edick Jr. of Elkhart, was arrested on felony charges of dealing meth, possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. He is also charged with failure to use a turn signal, operating without financial responsibility and a learner’s permit violation.
LaGrange Superior Court officials say Edick is being held in the LaGrange County Jail on an $80,000 bond following his arraignment. He is scheduled to have a pre-trial conference on October 27 at 1:30 PM.
