(QUINCY) – Quincy Public Schools is searching for a new Athletic Director and Dean Of Students. Chris Gerlach sent an open letter to the District announcing after two years in Quincy, he is stepping down and taking the Athletic Director’s job for South Haven Schools. In the letter, Gerlach says this move is a great opportunity for him. In addition, it’s also a good move for his family. Gerlach and his wife are expecting their first child and the job in South Haven would move them closer to family. Quincy Schools has posted for the AD position. Gerlach will stay until July 31 to help with the transition.
